We're transforming GO Transit to bring more frequent two-way, all-day service to the Barrie Line.

Caledonia GO Station

A brand-new Caledonia GO Station is coming to the Barrie GO Line.

Caledonia GO Station is a brand-new station on the Barrie GO Line, and will be directly integrated with the Eglinton Crosstown LRT and TTC buses. Customers will experience a seamless transition between services, giving them more options for getting around.

Project overview

The new fully accessible GO station will include the following:

Access plaza building connecting the west platform to the Crosstown and TTC.
West platform with heated shelters.
Platform canopies between the access plaza building to north of the mini platform.
Multi-use path connecting the west platform to Carnarvon Street at the northwest corner.
Pedestrian tunnel connecting the north end of the platform to Bowie Avenue and York Beltline on the east side of the station.
Four bicycle shelters for a total of 64 bicycle spaces.
Fare systems include PRESTO, ticket vending machines (TVMs) and tap on/off station fare transaction processors (SFTPs), and digital signage.
