We invite community members to learn more about accessibility at Metrolinx and share feedback by joining our virtual meeting on September 28, 2023, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This is your opportunity to provide feedback on how we can improve the accessibility of our transit network and services.

We want to reflect on what has been done over the last year and what we are planning to complete in the coming year. We hope you will join us for our annual Accessibility Consultation to discuss the following:

• Universal design at Metrolinx
• GO rail and bus
• New subway projects
• Light Rail Transit (LRT)
• Bus Rapid Transit (BRT)
• PRESTO
• Regional specialized transit coordination
• Live question and answer period

The meeting will be hosted virtually on Microsoft Teams Webinar and will include American Sign Language Interpretation and Communication Access Realtime Translation. Please note that the webinar will be presented in English only.

While completing your registration you will be given the opportunity to submit a question in advance for the Question and Answer period. Following the Accessibility Consultation, a survey will be sent to all participants to gather thoughts and feedback.

Please note that based on the volume of questions we receive we may not be able to address every question during the meeting, but we will provide responses as a part of the feedback summary, which will be posted to our accessibility webpage following the meeting.
