Going beneath the Eglinton Crosstown LRT
The shaping of stations continues as part of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT.

Deep down, below the surface of Eglinton Avenue, there is an incredible amount of work taking place to create the future stations along the Eglinton Crosstown LRT line.
Since the tunnels were first bored and excavation from the surface began, construction has focused on making the connection between spaces at every underground stop. Everything from the station entrances to the concourses and platforms are taking shape.
While 10 kilometres of the Eglinton Crosstown route is underground, another 9 kilometres are on the surface. The entrances and exits being created to get to and from the tunnels are the portals. They’re taking shape as well.
