Ride the GO to the Toronto Santa Claus Parade
GO Transit will be running special GO Train service on the Milton Line.

You better watch out; you better not cry – Santa Claus is coming to town for the annual Toronto Santa Claus Parade.
Celebrating 120 years of holiday magic on Sunday, Nov. 24, this year’s festivities are bigger than ever. Enjoy floats, bands, marchers, celebrity clowns along the 6km parade route in addition to hot drinks and fun surprises at Christie Pits and Queen’s Park North.
To get you there with ease this year, GO Transit will be running special GO Train service on the Milton Line for people heading to the event.
Extra GO Train service
- A special GO Train trip will leave Milton GO at 11 a.m., making all stops, arriving at 12:03 p.m. at Union Station
- A special train trip will depart Union at 5:25 p.m., making all stops to Milton GO, arriving at 6:25 p.m.
Regular service will run on the Lakeshore East, Lakeshore West, Stouffville and Barrie lines.
Kids 12 and under always ride free on all GO Trains, GO Buses, and UP Express. For the adults coming down, GO Transit offers weekend passes.
For easier travel this year, take advantage of One Fare and only pay once by tapping with your PRESTO, credit or debit card.
