This station walkthrough takes you inside Finch West station

From utility relocation to drilling & excavations, progress is being made on the Finch West LRT.

May 15, 2020

It’s time to climb inside a time machine and jump on board the Finch West LRT.

Sure it’s not quite as cool as real time travel, but a brand new walkthrough video gives you a chance to see what the future of transit in northwest Toronto has in store.  The journey starts at Finch West station which is at Finch West Avenue and Keele Street – the eastern edge of the LRT route.

Construction work has started on the new Finch West underground LRT station. It’s being built right above the existing Finch West TTC subway station while subway trains continue to travel below. When completed, the Finch West LRT will bring 11 kilometres of new rapid transit along Finch Avenue West starting at Keele Street and extending to Humber College at Humber College Blvd. and Highway 27.

Take a virtual ride on the Finch West LRT.
