RISK ASSESSMENT REPORT PD

The purpose of a Risk Assessment Report is to document RAMS risk assessment activities that are not included in the Hazard Analysis Report. This can include risks that do not have safety implications or risks that require more detailed analysis than what is practical to include in the Hazard Record or Hazard Analysis Report.
