ASSET LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

Asset Management is defined as a coordinated activity of an organization to realize value from assets. The Asset Lifecycle Management team provides the standards, methods, and support to Metrolinx asset class teams to manage operational assets over their lifecycle to meet Metrolinx strategic objectives and realize value from our assets. The standards and templates support the management of these assets over their lifecycle. These standards encompass concepts from Asset Information Management, Asset Management Planning and Reliability Engineering.
